ITServiceMan LLC was founded in 2005 to provide our clients with the technical expertise to make iT work for them.
“iT” Service Man – Logo.
IT Service Man is a play on words to suggest that this Man and company provide quality Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) to clients at a justifiable cost.
The small “i” is to suggest that the emphases is Technology and not the information. That is not to say that the information is not important. Technology is serviced in order that it may be of use in providing information to the individual. It also looks cool as a logo.
IT Service Management is defined in a library of principles and standards called the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) which is a continuing effort to define open policies and best practices that focused on aligning IT services to the needs of the business. That business is yours.
Vision – Technology Managed to the benefit of the individuals in the pursuit of their purposes and not for the benefit of those supplying the technology
Mission – Facilitate and Enable communications and understanding to automation and standardization.
Goals – Provide dedication, knowledge, and resources at a justifiable cost in pursuit of:
- Individuals requirements
- Hardware alignment
- Software integration
- Data integrity, availability, and suitability

- Support, management, and improvement throughout the component lifecycle
